I started going to Alpina Car Center in the early 80’s. The reason…I had been going over to a Santa Rosa Mercedes dealership where they told me that I needed a new engine, the cost about $10,000. They told me to continue driving it and when it dies just tow it over to us. Well I had heard of Alpina through a friend and so, when the car died, I had it towed to Gabriel’s Alpina Car Center for a second opinion. I expected to have him tell me the same thing. Guess what! Gabriel told me the car was just fine and just needed to have it’s injectors flushed and it would cost me about $200. That was it, I was sold on this company and so Gabriel has now taken care of all of our cars…four Mercedes and one Audi. I bought my 2009 Mercedes last March and will continue to buy Mercedes only because I trust Gabriel and his crew at Alpina Car Center. They are always very courteous. Since my husband works out of town there is never a problem with getting a ride home and again getting picked up. Sandy in the office always has all the final information on my car and if not Gabriel always helps explaining what needs to be done with my car. I can drop my car off late at night and or early morning, and one time I dropped it off before going on vacation to Hawaii for a weeks vacation. My plane arrived late and after closing hours, but Gabriel had my car waiting for me at his parking lot , all ready to go. When we bought a car for our son, the first place we took it to was Alpina Car Center. He gave us a complete evaluation of the car. You never want to put your teenager in a car that may fall apart any time of the day or night. So I always felt better knowing my children were driving a car that Alpina Car Center kept running safely. I trust Gabriel’s Alpina Car Center and will continue to use them.
